So I decided to go to the room and order room service. I couldn’t believe that a restaurant in a busy casino would close let alone do it to people already in line. With 2 people in front of me the all of a sudden put out a closed sign. I went to the hotdog place, stood on line for 15minutes. We attempted to get some food at around 11:00pm because we were busy socializing and didn’t really eat. We went to the party and did sone gambling. I immediately called down and they told us someone would come up and clean it. When we got to the room I noticed that the tub was filled with hair. We were there for a holiday party a few weeks ago. How dare they charge the prices they charge with absolutely no customer service.
